Joe Caston, Chief Executive Officer
      Joe Caston, chief executive officer, is a senior manager and leader with 22 years of experience in sales management, finance, and general management in the data networking, software and telecommunications industries. He has built and managed top-performing teams across North America. He is an expert in building, motivating and leading top-tier sales and marketing teams and has been recognized for numerous achievements.
Caston previously worked as vice president and general manager for ToolWatch Corporation, where he was responsible for achieving growth and market development plans while managing profit and loss. He managed sales, investor relations, accounting, finance and day-to-day operations. He increased company sales by 39 percent and net income by 1711.5% in a 12-month period.
Previously, he held senior-level sales, marketing, finance and general management positions with various companies. Among these are Sprint, Infolink Audit Technologies, Covad, Emperative,and Lantech.
He ran the western region of the national accounts division for Sprint. Joe was a seven time member of Sprint’s president’s club.
He started and built InfoLink Audit Technologies, an IT asset management company into a multi-million dollar business, serving clients such as the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, ConAgra and Air Touch. He sold that business to Software Artistry.
He also serves on several boards. Caston holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Nebraska.
Bobby Kaemmer, Vice President Supply Chain Solutions
      Bobby has over 20 years in the logistics solutions business beginning during his college days working for Mobil Oil and John Deere, performing various distribution duties.
Upon graduation from Kansas State University, he joined Digi Postal Corporation, a small parcel distribution systems manufacturer & distributor. Mr. Kaemmer served in various roles including sales, product/project manager, developer and Vice President in charge of Product Management. As, Vice President he was responsible for training, documentation, quality assurance, and oversight of all customer support and implementation projects. In addition he used his background in distribution and his technical aptitude and skill set to provide insight into product design, development and deployment.
In the fall of 1995 and following 8 years with Digi Postal, Mr. Kaemmer joined the LDS Corporation, a 3rd party logistics solutions provider, as Vice President with responsibility for technical operations. In 1999 he spearheaded the effort to develop the LogiView supply chain network & solution suite with the intent of creating an industry standard supply chain management solution. With an extensive background in distribution, 3rd party logistics and technology Mr. Kaemmer has guided the effort from dream to reality. In March of 2006 the LDS Corporation was purchased by Cadre Technologies.
At Cadre, Mr. Kaemmer remains responsible for the overall direction of the LogiView Supply Chain Management Project, its operations, and development efforts.
