Fees for processing transactions are subjective and based on the volume and the characteristics of the data sets. Typically there are setup and implementation fees associated with enabling transactional business. Generally, accessing the web site, extracting data using the tools provided via the web site and the generation of notifications is not considered transactions. Any fees relating to these capabilities are covered under the base monthly subscription fee.
